Motorola has kept availability of its upcoming Razr Fold under wraps for three months, but that looks to have finally changed.
On social media, Motorola’s UK-based arm announced pre-orders for the foldable smartphone will open in 15 days. That timeline points to April 11 as the day.
This doesn’t appear to be for the regular Razr Fold. Rather, pre-orders would be for the FIFA-edition of the foldable. All pre-orders will also include the Motorola Pen Ultra for no additional cost.
Also included will be “an exclusive experience on football’s biggest stage.” Not exactly sure what that could be, but okay!
The Razr Fold will be a premium smartphone with a matching price tag to boot. In Europe, it will cost 1,999 euros, with U.S. pricing still unknown.
This doesn’t mean pre-orders for the Razr Fold will also open in the U.S. at the same time. That said, this could indicate a U.S. launch is imminent.
